Where is my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also see live status any time under My Orders after signing in with an OTP.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except where a piece arrives damaged in transit. That has to be reported on the same day you receive the parcel, with a video of it being opened. See our Cancellation & Refund page for the full policy.
What are your products made of?
Our pieces are fashion / imitation jewellery - crafted from quality alloys with gold or rhodium plating and stones. They're designed to be anti-tarnish and skin-friendly, and are not real gold or precious stones.
How are payments handled?
Payments are encrypted and processed securely through Razorpay. We never store your card or banking details, and orders are confirmed only once payment is verified.
