Cancellation & Refund

Damaged in transit? Tell us the same day.
Damage or defects must be reported on the day the parcel is received, along with a video of the parcel being opened. Please film the parcel unopened and keep recording until it is fully unwrapped - without that video we are unable to raise a claim.
1. Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled up until it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
2. Handcrafted pieces vary
All our jewellery is handcrafted and studded with semi-precious stones, so pieces may carry slight irregularities or imperfections. These come from the human involvement in making them - every piece is one of a kind, just like you and me. Such variations are not treated as defects.
3. No returns or exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except where the product has been damaged in transit.
4. Reporting transit damage
Damage or defects must be reported on the same day the order is received, with a video of the parcel being opened. Reports made after that day, or without the unboxing video, cannot be accepted.
5. Sending a damaged item back
Every shipment is packed after a quality check. Where a return is agreed, the customer couriers the shipment back at their own expense - or you can contact customer support and we will book the return shipping for you.
6. Customised orders
Customised orders cannot be cancelled. The amount paid cannot be refunded, and the piece cannot be exchanged for another product.
7. How refunds are issued
Where a refund is due under this policy, it is credited to the original payment method. Please allow your bank the usual processing time for it to appear on your statement.
